Lobio (Georgian: ?????) is a well-liked Georgian dish made with kidney beans and often eaten withMchadiand marinated greens. The Georgian phrase lobio means beans. Add 200 grams of crushed walnuts, half tsp of Summer season Savory, 1 degree tsp of dried coriander, salt, and 1 tsp of sizzling pink pepper (optional)
Mash the ingredients.
Chop the onions and add to the bowl, along with 200 ml of the water that was used to boil the lobio beans. Add extra lobio water if you would like to make a smoother lobio.
Mix and stir thoroughly.
Serving: Serve sizzling. We garnished ours with pink onion. Lobio isusually eaten withMchadiand marinated vegetables.
